Welcome to the Assumption College Evergreen Career Hub Site!

Hosted with the objective of connecting Assumption College job seekers and employers to network, promote employment opportunities, and support smart recruitment, our virtual career fair is hosted in this distinct way.

This Evergreen site is  a job fair in website form. We host select employers and government agencies in a constant channel but in a passive form unlike a live event.  The online event remains available for an extended period of time with on-demand content to always keep recruitment and organization branding momentum in action.

We expect strong job growth as vaccination distribution expands and we will accommodate more employers and hiring organizations in the months to come.

We help students understand and adapt their skills in a post-COVID world.

We ensure students have continued access to career services and regularly updated information about navigating the changing labour market.

We help students identify and understand their abilities and values so they appreciate their education from both an academic and an industry perspective .

We empower students to create their own career and skill narratives.

Ability-based Learning (ABLe)

ABLe is  the development of Prime Life Abilities that are always “in-formed” by Assumption Core Values. It is a new orientation and a fresh approach to education.

We focus on what counts and what it’s really about  so that each girl  learns to be a better person not just a better student.

CALLED TO LEAD

In Assumption, we believe women are Called to Lead.

Our commitment to academic excellence, social responsibility, and faith and spirituality bring forth women leaders who are women of faith, women of action.

We help young women find their voice and inner core of self-confidence so they can be recognized and  be heard, so they can act on solutions and speak of hope and kindness.

The Career Management and Alumnae Relations (CMAR) Office serve three constituents – students, alumnae, and employers.

We facilitate connections between students and employers, alumnae, and other professionals to create opportunities to engage and build networks.
